The Regional Libraries strive to be their community’s information hub, as well as a strong partner with UCN, local Education Authorities, and Public Library Services of Manitoba.
The libraries continue to grow their presence in each community, as well as the services provided to community patrons, UCN students and staff, and school students and staff. By hosting a variety of events and programs, a wide-range of patrons are encouraged to visit their local public library.

Downloadable ebooks and audiobooks for people with print disabilities, which include vision, mobility, and comprehension impairments that prevent someone from being able to read a traditional book.
After registering at the library, eligible users or friends and family members can access the NNELS catalogue and download material directly, or request assistance from library staff.
